The Department of Statistics & Data Science at Carnegie Mellon University is seeking candidates for a Graduate Program Coordinator. The Graduate Program Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of academic and administrative tasks related to our graduate programs. The primary focus of this position is on the PhD program, but there will also be assistance required associated with the Master of Statistical Practice program as well. This individual provides senior level support to the Program Directors and will maintain program materials, reports, associated databases, and external communications. Gathers and prepares material for program and faculty review/action. The Graduate Program Coordinator will also act as a first line resource for prospective student inquires.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with graduate or academic program coordination.

• Knowledge of University policies and procedures preferred

• Knowledge of Student Services system; S3 is preferred
