Position Title:Hall County Library Youth Services Assistant - Federal Work Study (Fall 2020) Campus Location:Gainesville Job Close Date:10/31/2020 General Summary:

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Youth Services Assistant for the Hall County Library in Gainesville.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

The student will:

  • Be assisting youth services staff with the move from our temporary location to our renovated building from August until mid-September. Tasks could include boxing and unpacking materials, sorting and shelving books, creating displays etc.
  • Assist youth services staff with presenting programs for babies through high school students, which includes but is not limited to stories, craft or STEM programs.
  • Assist with sorting and shelving books and other materials and assisting with displays.
Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker and Federal Work Study eligible.
