Physical Requirements:

To be able to lift, push or pull objects up to 25 lbs.


Evenings and weekends; some daytime hours are possible depending on scheduling of events.

Job Summary:

In accordance with established policies and procedures, provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person at the ticket office and at athletic events. Assist with game-day ticket operations, including will call, customer service, sales, and pass gates. Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via phone, mail, and walk-up orders. Responsible for reconciliation of ticket sales and payments. Perform other tasks as assigned by Ticket Office staff.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Experience in a customer service position, both in person and over the phone. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel). Applicants should be dependable, punctual, and possess effective communication and problem solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Must have a customer-friendly personality and project a positive image of the University and the Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni, and other groups. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
