The Instructor teaches introductory legal research in a required first-year integrated research and writing course. This instructor will be responsible for the research component of the course. Another instructor will be teaching the writing component of the course. The two instructors will work together and coordinate the components of the course.

Qualifications

Successful applicants will have the following: strong teamwork and student orientation; self-motivation with the ability to work collaboratively and independently; ability to exercise sound professional judgment; strong interpersonal and communication skills; interest in teaching and ability to make effective presentations to groups.
Required: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Strongly Preferred: M.L.S. or equivalent degree from ALA-accredited school.
Preferred: Experience in classroom teaching, One or more years of instructing students at an ABA-accredited law school.
