The School of Humanities and Sciences (H&S) is the center of a world-class liberal arts education at Stanford University. Job Purpose:
The Department of History in the School of Humanities and Sciences seeks an energetic, experienced professional to fill the role of Administrative Associate 2. The History Department is comprised of ~50 faculty, 200 undergraduate and graduate students, and 6 staff members. Reporting to the Director of Operations & Finance (DFO) and the Finance Manager, the Administrative Associate provides general administrative and operational support with limited supervision. S/he coordinates closely with the Finance Manager on financial transactions, serves as a back up to the DFO on building management, and supports the Event Planner as needed. The successful candidate should have experience in LENEL, On-site Role Management (OSRM), and ISpace applications. Familiarity with Stanford policies and culture is preferred.
