In partnership with The Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor of Maryland (HACC) is a trade association for independent heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) contractors in the Baltimore metropolitan area. The organization actively promotes and protects the interests and welfare of the industry, its members and the consumers it serves. The Apprenticeship Program was established in 1996 to train technicians to work in the HVACR industry. Well trained, reliable technicians are in constant demand in the industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

AACC and HACC are partnering together to offer a Pre-Apprenticeship HVAC/R program starting in October, 2020. We are currently looking for instructors to teach and have the flexibility to teach during the day and evening. The program will be offered Online with a Face-to-Face lab component which will take place in Glen Burnie, MD. Past teaching experience is preferred, but we are really looking for people who are passionate about the industry and teaching the next generation. If you have been in the industry and are ready to give back this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Candidate must hold a current State of Maryland Journeyman License, Master’s License preferred and have experience using computers since the class has an Online component.
