The ideal candidate for this position will evidence a strong record as teacher and scholar, combined with a successful record of increasing responsible academic leadership and administrative experience. A terminal degree in a discipline offered by the University is expected, and previous experience with collective bargaining is preferred. In addition, an understanding and commitment to the role of student life and activities as an essential dimension of each student’s total experience is desired.
