Department Summary:

The department of Marketing, Logistics, & Operations Management is part of the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas. We are dedicated to providing students with a well-rounded, state of the art education in the modern principles of Marketing, Logistics, and Operations Management. It is the vision of the Department of Marketing, Logistics, & Operations Management to be recognized as the leaders in the education of men and women, preparing them to fill the most important positions in for-profit and not-for-profit business organizations. The department has developed its unique, sustainable competitive advantage by developing teaching, research and service programs which recognize the globalization of business, and which integrate those programs with the assets that arise from the DFW region’s position as a center of national retailing and a domestic and international center of distribution.

Position Summary:

The Department of Marketing, Logistics, & Operations Management seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2020, Spring 2021 and Summer 2021 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.

The anticipated need is for Teach MKTG classes (Advertising, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Foundations, Marketing Research, Marketing Analytics, Branding, etc.) during AY 2020-2021.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business or a related area. Relevant work experience in the field of Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous teaching face-to-face or online teaching experience.
