Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
The College of Engineering is seeking to fill multiple tenure-track positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the department of Aerospace Science Engineering starting Fall 2021. Duties include the following:
- Teach a cross section of undergraduate courses
- Develop and conduct a vigorous, externally funded research program
- Academic advisement
Qualifications
- BS in Aerospace Engineering is required
- Must have a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Experience in Aerodynamics, Space Mechanics, or Flight Mechanics/Automatic Flight Controls are preferred, but other areas of expertise may also be considered.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have working computer knowledge and experience
