The Department of Mechanical Engineering is searching for adjunct faculty who have an interest and expertise in teaching lower and upper division mechanical engineering courses.

Candidates should possess baccalaureate and master's degrees in engineering (or have equivalent experience), or a related field and should have demonstrated evidence of effective teaching.

Some areas we may have needs for in the upcoming semesters are:


Core mechanical engineering courses - e.g., Strength of Materials, Material Science & Manufacturing, Robotics, Machine Design, Biomechanics, Systems Dynamics & Controls, etc.

Project and lab-based courses - e.g., Engineering Clinics, Mechanical Engineering Lab

Positions available for Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters.
