Boston Medical Center and Boston University School of Medicine are jointly recruiting a surgeon to serve as Chief of the Section of Thoracic Surgery.
Clinical responsibilities cover the full spectrum of surgical care for patients with diseases of the lung, chest, and esophagus and include leadership of the Center for Minimally Invasive Esophageal Therapies at Boston Medical Center. In addition, a high priority is placed on the training and education of general surgery residents and medical students, and on improving care through research. The successful candidate will have strong clinical credentials, a collaborative approach to patient care, and a commitment to the academic enterprise.
