Serve as the chief financial and personnel administrator for the Pardee School of Global Studies. Work with the Dean of Pardee to implement the Schools policies, goals and initiatives related to budget, personnel and administration. Manage all aspects of the budget and employment processes and oversee all administrative matters, including building space issues, and research grants management, related to the School and its component units. Work closely with the Dean and Provost's Office regarding all budget and space processes, with the Office of Human Resources on issues related to staff, and with Pardee School unit administrators to ensure smooth School-wide administration.Required Skills
B.A./B.S., Master's Degree preferred and eight plus years of relevant experience.
