About Westchester Community College:

Westchester Community College seeks a non-credit healthcare adjunct to teach STEM and STEAM-based summer camp for youth ages 8 -16 years old. Camp Course topics include: Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, Comic Book Design, Nutrition, and Forensics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; experience in teaching youth (ages 8-16), experience developing lesson plans and managing the classroom. The adjunct must also demonstrate effective teaching to build STEM skills. Basic skills in computer and software are required.
WORK SCHEDULE: The work schedule is:
- July 27 - August 6 and/or August 10 - August 20
- 9:30am -11:30am and/or 12:00 noon -2:00pm
HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $54.52 per hour. No benefits.
