Job Description/Duties:

-Facilitate peer-led collaboration on how to solve difficult problems for General Chemistry I and General Chemistry II (or other courses) emphasizing the development and strengthening of problem-solving skills over simply finding answers

-Meet with faculty each week

-Attend weekly PLTL staff meetings

-Participate in pre-semester training activities

Days/Hours Needed:

Five (5) hours per week

Required Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher AND have earned a B or higher in the course to be a leader

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred applicants will have participated in Peer-Led Team Learning workshops in the past
