Student status is required to be eligible for student positions.

Must be enrolled in a minimum of six hours during a long semester. Maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Limited to working no more than 20 hours per week.

Job Summary:

Library Services operates a 60 hour – 5 day a week schedule, Open from 7:30am – 7:30pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30am – 5:00pm Friday. All shifts are available. Schedule not to exceed 20 hours per week. Student Assistants will be utilizing library software to facilitate circulation transactions. Sorting and processing mail and bookdrop deliveries, re-shelving and stack maintenance. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates will be trained on the job.

Preferred Qualifications:

Keyboarding aptitude, multi-tasking. People skills.

Salary:

7.25 hr.

Work Hours:

Morning, afternoons, and evenings.
