Boston University's Marketing & Communications division is looking for a Senior Accounts Coordinator to monitor and reconcile the departmental financial transactions. This division is comprised of approximately 120 full-time staff. This role is responsible for processing purchase and service requests, obtaining appropriate approvals for higher expenditures, reviewing and approving travel reports, completing weekly payroll processes and providing administrative support as needed. In addition, the role acts as a liaison between Marketing & Communications and Boston Universitys Internal business partners, providing updates and communicating that information to the administrative team. Required Skills

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent with one to three years of experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with Excel and Word.
