The Department of Language and Cultural Studies at the University of Missouri-St. Louis is continuously seeking qualified candidates for part-time adjunct faculty teaching positions in American Sign Language (ASL), French, Japanese, and Spanish.

The intent of this announcement is to identify a pool of adjunct faculty who are qualitifed to teach undergraduate elementary and intermediate level courses. Positions are part-time and application materials are solicited on an ongoing basis to ensure that we have a strong talent pool to source from in the event of a vacancy.

Minimum Qualifications

Master of Arts or equivalent advanced degree in the foreign language or appropriate related field and native or near-native fluency in the foreign language required. Experience teaching at the university level and evidence of teaching excellence.
