STLOU Academic Vac & Recr Tips The Department of Language and Cultural Studies at the University of Missouri-St. Louis is continuously seeking qualified candidates for part-time adjunct faculty teaching positions in American Sign Language (ASL), French, Japanese, and Spanish. The intent of this announcement is to identify a pool of adjunct faculty who are qualitifed to teach undergraduate elementary and intermediate level courses. Positions are part-time and application materials are solicited on an ongoing basis to ensure that we have a strong talent pool to source from in the event of a vacancy. Minimum Qualifications Master of Arts or equivalent advanced degree in the foreign language or appropriate related field and native or near-native fluency in the foreign language required. Experience teaching at the university level and evidence of teaching excellence. Application Instructions Applicants must combine all application materials (Letter of interest, curriculum vita, statement of teaching philosophy, and references) into one PDF document and upload as a resume attachment.
