The Director of Student Affairs oversees the coordination of all operations and activities of the Student Affairs Office, serving as the primary contact for all medical students and ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. The Director manages a staff of three professionals and collaborates with faculty and staff across other BUSM offices and schools. The Director seeks to understand Student Affairs issues from a broad perspective, actively participating in the development of new programs; identifying challenges and opportunities; and proactively developing and implementing strategic solutions.

Required Skills

Education Master’s degree in education, higher education, and/or student affairs preferred. Experience – Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in program administration with demonstrated progressive increase in scope and responsibility
