Summary

The Administrative Coordinator is an administrative support position that assists the supervisor in a variety of office support and/or secretarial tasks including but not limited to calendar coordination/scheduling of meetings; event coordination; travel arrangement preparation; meeting preparation; budget management/processing of financial transactions; data entry; preparation of correspondence, communications, agendas, and documents; taking notes; supply ordering; copying, filing, and organizing of hard copies and electronic files, tracking of metrics; answering phones and greeting clients. The nature of work is primarily manual. The position completes routine tasks with a limited degree of supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of administrative/office support experience
