Job Summary:

Adjunct online instructor to teach Physics. These courses are traditionally taught in the day, evening, and/or online.

This position is specifically for an ONLINE instructor.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Masters degree in Physics is required or a Masters with 18 graduate hours of Physics.

Ability to work with students, faculty, and staff members in a professional manner.

Ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects and assignments.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, speak, listen, and see. The employee is occasionally required to sit, lift, pull, and carry objects.

Working conditions: Normal Classroom setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Strongly preferred: Experience teaching online using the Blackboard learning management system.

Experience teaching at a two-year school, or university.

Salary:

Depends upon course load.

Work Hours:

Schedule will vary. Could include evening classes
