St. Charles Community College is located just west of St. Louis, nestled in the heart of growing St. Charles County. Established in 1986, SCC is a public, comprehensive two-year community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs in the arts, business, sciences and career-technical fields. SCC also provides workforce training and community-based personal and professional development as well as cultural, recreational and entertainment opportunities.

SCC invites qualified candidates to apply for our part-time faculty position to teach our Computer Aided Drafting course this upcoming spring 2020 semester. Part-time appointments made on a semester-by-semester (as needed) basis.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Considerable knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit software particularly as it applies to 3D work is necessary. Previous teaching experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students is important.
