Experience Experience Requirement 4 - 7 years of related experience. Required Hands-on experience with Windows AD directory, Group Policies, PowerShell, Windows Server environments, and Office 365 components. Required Demonstrated experience running cloud based workloads on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Required Demonstrated experience administering both Linux and Windows servers as well hands on experience with Linux shell and Perl. Required Hands-on experience with server backup tools such as Veeam, Backup Exec, and experience managing complex patching deployments of various systems. Required

Minimum Requirements Demonstrated skills associated with adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs. Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of how system management actions affect other systems, system users and dependent/related functions.
Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.
Understanding of system performance monitoring and actions that can be taken to improve or correct performance.
Demonstrated experience writing and editing complex scripts used to perform system maintenance and administration.
Knowledge of the design, development and application of technology and systems to meet business needs.
General knowledge of other areas of IT. Thorough understanding of and experience with systems-related issues and actions that can be taken to improve or correct performance.
Basic knowledge of how to apply technologies and systems to meet business needs.
Advanced knowledge of computer security best practices and policies including demonstrated experience securing server-based software.
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates problem-solving skills. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines.
Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Advanced knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMware ESXi, Docker, or Kubernetes to manage virtualized workloads.
Ability to manage server and infrastructure hardware in an enterprise-class data center environment. Ability to manage various storage technologies including SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, clustered file systems, and storage operating systems.
Experience installing, managing, and supporting IIS, Tomcat, Weblogic, or other application servers.
Experience with the following protocols: HTTP, FTP, DNS, LDAP, IMAP, SMTP, SSL, SSH, CIFS, NFS.
Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of installation and maintenance of database platforms: (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL).
