_Computer Programmer Analyst 

This position provides software application support for all Student Information services and Financial Aid.  The support includes programming, application analytical review, installation, testing, maintaining code, documentation, reporting and operations.

Essential Functions:

1.  Support of Ellucian Banner (Student Information System application) specifically Student modules - program, install, test, and maintain code, documentation, ad hoc reporting and operations support. This includes Student Records, Admissions, Enrollment, Financial Aid.

2.  Support of the following application systems including but not limited to:
     a.  TN Reconnect – Admissions, Records
     b.  TN Promise/Lottery
     c.  ACT – Admissions
     d.  Test Score Importing
     e.  EAB extracts
     f.  Remedial and Development Courses – Learning Support
     g.  eLearning – Admissions, Records 
     h.  FAFSA import and processing, EDE – Financial Aid
     i.  Satisfactory Academic Progress – Financial Aid
     j.  Attendance Reporting – Financial Aid
3.  Develop new procedures for assigned applications as needed.
4.  Create and modify SQL scripts for extract of specific data collections
5.  Support reporting and data needs for TBR requests
6.  Support testing procedures for functional users.
7.  Provide input for budget, 3-year planning document and Strategic Planning.
8.  Provide backup support for other applications as needed.

Supplemental Functions:

1.  Serves on college committees. 
2.  Participates in other college activities as assigned 
3.  Other duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Position

Education, Training and Experience Required:

1.  A.S. degree in Computer Science or related field (Information Systems) and 4 years experience or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years experience
2.  Knowledge of Student Information Systems
3.  Data Base Management experience.
4.  Experience with PCs and office productivity tools such as Word and Excel
5.  Experience with SQL, Oracle, Argos reporting, SQL script writing

1.  Experience with Ellucian Banner
2.  Financial Aid, Records, Admissions, Enrollment applications

Hiring Salary Range:  $39,500 - $52,100
