Identifies and requests Curriculum Vitaes (CVs) from potential community faculty physicians. Obtains DOH Licensure profile and reviews status. Maintains correspondence and approvals receipt by community board. Prepares forms to complete appointments and files. Reviews returned forms for completeness. Assures appointment completion, performs data entry scan and uploads to COM Intranet. Requests FSU ID Card. Sends appointment letter to designees and enters into OMNI and FDMS.

Serves as liaison with the Director of Rural Health in maintaining rotation schedules in SharePoint. Distributes rotation packets to faculty and faculty information prior to the beginning of each rotation. Monitors and collects the student performance mid-point evaluation and final evaluation including faculty assessments, staff evaluations and patient satisfaction surveys. Uploads, prints Doctoring 3 materials ensuring timely receipt by speakers for Marianna Rural Program.

Assists Regional Campus Assistant Director with coordination and tracking of faculty development requirements, tracking faculty development workshop participation, and set up and breakdown of events. Assists with proctoring exams when needed. Assists with Community Board Meetings, attending and maintaining minutes.

Actively participates as a part of a team in the functions and mission of the Regional Campus to include activities and curriculum delivery, and serves as back-up for receptionist functions answering phones and providing office coverage.Qualifications High school diploma/equivalency and four years of experience; or a combination of post-high school education and experience equal to four years.

Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Experience gathering, interpreting, reporting, and/or editing information.
Experience performing accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
Experience performing basic mathematical calculations.
Experience prioritizing, organizing, and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or other comparable computer applications.
