Position Summary:

The Division of General Internal Medicine (GIM) seeks exceptional internists to provide patient-centered care for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in the outpatient setting. We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence. GIM provides faculty with ample opportunities for medical education and scholarship. Principal Duties:

For appointments hired as Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor:
Provide patient care at UW Health approved location(s); provide clinical teaching to medical students and/or residents and fellows.

For appointments hired as Assistant or Associate Professor (CHS):
Provide patient care at UW Health approved location(s); provide clinical teaching to medical students and/or residents and fellows. GIM provides faculty with ample opportunities for medical education and scholarship. Time is expected to be spent on clinical research activities and academic service.

In achievement and prestige, the University of Wisconsin–Madison has long been recognized as one of America's great universities.
