Position Summary: As a member of our Supply Chain team, this role will ensure the information in the Material Management Information Systems (MMIS) is accurate to facilitate smooth operations for the facility end users and accurate data analysis to help develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success. Under general supervision, incumbent performs a wide variety of analysis. Incumbents are responsible for reviewing, analyzing and summarizing reports. Incumbents are responsible for analyzing the problem, gathering data and information, finding and evaluating alternate solutions, and making a recommendation. Incumbent will be responsible for maintenance, update, research, analysis, organization, training, auditing, and reporting in MMIS system. Incumbent will be accountable for successful, effective, and efficient analytics and report writing for the department. Incumbent will also be responsible for assigned special projects relating to supply and logistics management.
Salary Range:
Rate Minimum $54,600.00 Maximum $112,000.00
Required Qualifications: Ability to interpret a variety of data furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadBachelor's degree with a major in business administration, economics, statistics, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with medical and surgical supplies preferredHigh degree of abstract reasoning.Minimum 2 years' experience working in progressively more complex analytical roles within a supply chain.Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobMust possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned dutiesPrevious demonstrated supply chain experienceStrong analytical experience.
Preferred Qualifications: AHRMM or CPM preferredHealthcare supply chain activities preferredKnowledge of Material Management Information Systems (MMIS) preferredProficiency with MMIS preferred
