Description:

• Assist with preparing financial aid document to complete Verification

Responsibilities:

• Gather, review, prepare, scan documents in order to complete the verification process.
• Perform the verification process and enter into Banner sytem.
• Contact students in order to complete student's files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of related financial aid experience.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with students, faculty, staff, and public.
• Ability to work under pressure at various times throughout the academic year and have a desire to help students.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Experience working in a university environment.
• Experience working with students.
• Document analysis and logging for audit purposes.

• This is a temporary full-time position.
