Position Summary:
Information Technology Services. The Customer Relationship Analyst provides desktop computer support for hardware, software, peripherals, and services across Windows and Apple operating systems. Consults and trains cross-functional University team members to keep systems running smoothly across campus.

Essential Functions

  • Installs and configures both PC and Apple computers across the University.
  • Troubleshoots computer and technology system issues.
  • Documents, tracks, assigns and escalates tickets assigned to customer base.
  • Maintains equipment inventory.
  • Performs routine and ongoing hardware and software maintenance.
  • Communicates solutions to customers.
  • Supervises and trains assigned Student Assistants.
  • Recommends preventive measures and respond to incidents.

    High School Diploma or equivalent; possess CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or obtain within 180 days of employment

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment

    Preferred Education:
    Bachelor’s Degree

    Preferred Experience::
    Five or more years of experience in related work experience or in the customer service field

    Salary Range: $33,300 - $41,600
