Position Description:
Under the supervision of the Management Services Officer (MSO), the Program Representative II plans, implements, and coordinates the Center's events programming and publications for the Center for the Study of Women (CSW). Oversee the annual Thinking Gender conference. Leads program planning and development; interpret, monitor, and analyze information regarding operating policies and procedures; and resolve administrative and operational problems in order to meet project objectives, deadlines, and the overall goals of CSW.

Oversees communication and outreach, including website, social media, and announcements, and create publication content, such as flyers, newsletters, and blog posts, related to events and research.

The Program Representative interacts and coordinates with faculty, students, guest lecturers, research affiliates, and visitors in all programming, requiring comprehensive knowledge of programming content. Assist with Director's schedule, donor relations, and fundraising. Back up for travel booking and payments.
