Position Description

The Department of Marketing at the University of Toledo invites applicants for anticipated part-time temporary faculty positions for Spring 2020 and Fall 2020.

Duties and Responsibilities

Course instruction for undergraduate and lower level graduate coursesStudent advisement The successful candidate may be asked to perform work at off-campus sites and/or provide instruction through distance education.Teaching may include a number of particularobligations which employees are expected to fulfill, including but not limitedto: meeting with students during and outside of assigned classes, assessingstudent work and performance, preparing syllabi and course materials, providingcopies of syllabi and course materials to their supervisor on request, andassigning and submitting grades in accordance with established policies andprocedures. 
Perform related duties as required by the Department.

Qualifications

Master's degree or Ph.D. in related fieldPrevious teaching experience in the undergraduate and/or graduate level ispreferred.Applicants should submit a complete application,including a cover letter (indicating the area of specialization), CV and copiesof transcripts.
