St. Charles Community College is located just west of St. Louis, nestled in the heart of growing St. Charles County. Established in 1986, SCC is a public, comprehensive two-year community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs in the arts, business, sciences and career-technical fields. SCC also provides workforce training and community-based personal and professional development as well as cultural, recreational and entertainment opportunities.
Our Athletics Department is seeking a part-time Head Coach for Women's Soccer. The Head Coach is responsible for the administration of all aspects of the program including coaching, recruiting, student-athlete mentoring and ensuring program compliance with the NJCAA, MCCAC and College rules and regulations. The Head Coach is also responsible for achieving competitive results that demonstrate athletic excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Coaching experience at the college level (head/assistant), head or assistant coach at the senior high school level, or as a college or professional player
- Demonstrate effective organizational, promotional, recruitment, fundraising, and computer skills
- Knowledge of PrestoSports
- Experience with NJCAA compliance matters and the MVP site
- Experience with NJCAA rules and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
