The College for Adults and Graduate School at St. Catherine University invite applications for an Assistant Director of Admissions position. This is a full-time, regular position.
This Assistant Director position will engage and advise prospective students and applicants in support of achieving eligibility as they navigate our admissions process. In addition, this position collaborates with faculty to coordinate the graduate admissions process in a selective admissions environment.
Responsibilities:
•Manage all phases of the relationship with prospective students from advising on process and prerequisites through onboarding and registration.
•Engage applicants through consistent and timely follow-up through all phases of the application and onboarding process.
•Independently represent the University and its programs to key external audiences with warmth and professionalism and a sophisticated understanding of program offerings.
•Build and maintain relationships with regional undergraduate colleges that offer “pre-health” programs in order to find avenues to connect with and engage their students.
•Build visibility for all clinical health programs.
•Manage the centralized application system (CAS) for multiple programs.

Required Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree.
•Experience working in an office with a database.
•Three years of experience working in a higher education office.
•Experience working in a centralized application system (CAS).
