• Takes photographic portraits of members of the Board of Trustees, Presidents, Deans, faculty, staff, students, alumni, community leaders, college events and facilities
• Receives work orders for photographic and video recording needs. Scans and archives digital images
• Maintains records of pictures and videos in the computer and server
• Edits photos and videos
• Schedules and meets with clients
• Provides administrative tasks as required
• Makes independent decisions
• Repairs and maintains equipment
• Makes purchasing recommendations
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree and four (4) years progressive experience in public information photographic work utilizing advanced photographic principals, practices and techniques including experience in newspaper and aerial photography; or an equivalent combination of related experience and training may be substituted for the above requirements
• Specialized training in photography and video production lighting in studio and location
• All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Canon 5D Mark II, Canon 7D, JVC GY Series and Panasonic P2 cameras
• Knowledge of photographic and video production principles, practices and techniques
• Knowledge of photography and lighting in a Commercial Studio
• Knowledge of photographic and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects
• Flexibility in taking a variety of images from candid shots to portraits and society images to specific artistic photos for publications
• Ability to travel between campuses as assigned
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff
