Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and 3 to 5 years work experience with Volunteer recruitment/management; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Marketing or related fields required. The Community Outreach Coordinator must be outgoing with strong interpersonal communication skills. S/he must be well organized, detail-oriented, with strong leadership skills. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities. Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Explorer, Google Drive) Social Media skills, and working knowledge of databases a must. Some weekend and evening work required. Knowledge of and interest in WXPN programming a plus. Must have valid driver s license.
