Job location: Chicago, IL

TCS Education System is currently seeking an International Enrollment Specialist to join the Enrollment Services department.

The International Enrollment Specialist will assist in the recruitment and enrollment management strategies for international students at TCS Education System. Overall responsibilities include developing and implementing an accelerated international recruitment and admissions agenda with particular emphasis on developing and cultivating international agent partnerships and applications.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage agent application goals remotely.
• Develop enrollment strategies to optimize applications, selection, yield and retention.
• Execute proactive recruitment strategies for Canada, China, India and beyond.
• Collect and report on internal and external factors affecting the international student enrollment cycle, identifying areas for improved performance.
• Communicate regularly with international prospects during the admission process.
• Participate in international recruitment fairs.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Agent Partners to ensure established goals are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Must be a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial disposition; must demonstrate high level of customer service; attention to detail; and organizational and problem solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• High energy and an exceptional work ethic.
• Articulate and effective presenter, and must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate in cross-cultural environments with institutional leadership, country partners and families.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Ability to take on various projects and multi-task

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior admissions experience required, with a minimum of one year international admissions experience working with international agents.
• Experience working with international agents.
• Understanding of regulatory issues in international recruitment including SEVIS; working knowledge of pertinent immigration policies and procedures.
• If needed, the ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including internationally
