Job Responsibilities

Assist/perform LMS term processes and system maintenance.
Working with supervisor, assist with TLC monitoring and schedule coverage.
Provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff with LMS and other computer related questions. Coordinate with the IDOL Department to assist/provide training needed for LMS and other educational technology-related topics. Provide tier-one LMS support to students, faculty, and staff. Troubleshoot and respond to user issues reported through the PTC ticket system. Coordinate and conduct student training. Maintain training calendar. Produce, update, and maintain technical documentation. Create and update custom LMS tools/widgets.
25 hours/week.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

High school diploma. Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of computer systems and software. Communication and customer service skills a must.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience of HTML, Java Script, and API scripting/programming preferred.
