General Description / Primary Purpose

Entry level ranked faculty position for a dynamic person wishing to help develop and expand new programs in a CCNE accredited community-based, population-focused program.

The successful candidate will:
- Teach in areas of expertise (adult health)
- Supervise students in clinical areas
- Generate research and seek intramural and extramural funding
- Participation in School, College and University committees
- Perform nursing and community service in areas of expertise

Basic/Minimum:
- Doctoral degree in Nursing (Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred)
- Med-Surg specialty
- Five years clinical experience
- Past experience teaching BSN and graduate students preferred
