Office of Human Resources. The Human Resources Coordinator provides advanced administrative support and coordinates various processes for the Benefits & Wellness Unit.
Essential Functions:
•Serves as backup for the benefits staff, including the Benefits Manager and Human Resources Associate.
•Manages the Tuition Assistance Program.
•Assists Benefits Manager with tracking and approving Family Medical Leave documentation and reporting leave time in the payroll system.
•Provides assistance with the administration of the worker’s compensation program.
•Administers Eagle Perks Program and assists planning of Benefits Fairs.
