The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular & Cellular Biology at the Georgetown University School of Medicine invites applications for a medical educator track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. Applicants must hold a M.D., or Ph.D., in a biological science or closely related field. Documented training and previous teaching experience in an LCME or COCA accredited medical school or school of osteopathic medicine in a clinically oriented, dissection-based Gross Anatomy course is required. Prospective candidates must have a strong commitment to excellence in education and must demonstrate willingness to contribute to interdisciplinary undergraduate medical education in large group, small group, and laboratory settings. Teaching experience in other anatomical disciplines including Embryology and/or Histology is highly preferred. You will be required to submit a CV, cover letter, and two letters of recommendations when applying for this faculty position. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
