Salary: $4,842 - $9,591 monthly
Position Description:
Under the general direction of the e-Procurement Systems Manager, this individual supports the UCLA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including e-Procurement functionality such as hosted catalog creation and maintenance; punchout catalog implementation; and smart form development.
This individual must be knowledgeable in all of the P2P activities and systems, with excellent knowledge in the following areas: P2P workflows, procedures in using the campus P2P systems, and policies set by UC Business and Finance Bulletins.
This individual manages P2P issues and projects with Purchasing buyers, Accounts Payable staff, campus departmental users, central offices, and IT support.
This individual facilitates supplier e-commerce enablement in support of P2P program requirements.
This individual participates in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials.
This individual is responsible for supporting interfaces between UCLA systems and UC systems (e.g., spend analytics, e-sourcing, and contract management) and other tools.
This individual utilizes systems knowledge to provide backup to the BruinBuy Help Desk and Vendor Management programs.

UCLA is a public research university located in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It was founded in 1919 and is the second oldest of the ten campuses affiliated with the University of California system. In the 2007 edition of U.S. News and World Report, UCLA Medical Center was ranked best in the West, as well as one of the top 3 hospitals in the United States alongside Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 15 of the 16 medical specialty areas examined, UCLA Medical Center ranked in the top 20.
