Position Description:

Under the supervision of Sr. Director of Development Communications, the Communications Coordinator will provide administrative support for the day-to day operations of Health Sciences Development (HSD) and the Development Communications area. The Communications Coordinator's responsibilities will include providing traffic/scheduling support to the Communications Team, including creation and maintenance of an extensive status report, fielding telephone calls, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements, and providing general administrative assistance to the Sr. Director of Development Communications. This individual will also be responsible for the timely electronic distribution of HSD event collateral (save-the-dates, invitations, reminders, acknowledgments) to a variety of external and internal constituents. The Communications Coordinator will provide excellent customer service to a varied group of clientele and act as a liaison to multiple Campus service departments.
