The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Western Carolina University is inviting applications for a fixed-term position in Mathematics with the rank of Instructor to begin in August 2020.

Duties include teaching 12 credit hours each semester in mathematics and/or statistics at the undergraduate level as well as departmental or institutional service

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

The position requires a master’s degree, including 18 semester hours of graduate coursework in mathematics, from an appropriately accredited institution. Evidence of excellent teaching and versatility in teaching lower division mathematics courses is preferred.
