Position Summary:

The Advising Office in Florida Atlantic University's College of Business is seeking an Advising Office Facilitator, Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities Include:

  • Assists with copying, filing, and preserving student advising records.
  • Functions as receptionist 10 hours per week.
  • Assists with student enrollment and registration within COB during orientations.
  • Performs paralegal services.
  • Assists with intermittent university-wide activities that COB engages in.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and four years of appropriate office experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Must also have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.

$12 per hour
