Coordinates and collaborates with the Dean’s office of PC campus and serves as course scheduler for courses offered on and/or by the PC campus; face-to-face and online. Acts as liaison between PC campus and Distance Learning office in Tallahassee to facilitate the necessary coding of all PC online course offerings and additional fees associated with them. Manages and confirms course scheduling; communicates with faculty and the Dean’s office as needed regarding course scheduling.

Completes room assignments for all PC courses (including those offered at the Tallahassee campus); processes room assignment changes or other special requests regarding scheduling or classroom locations as needed with Dean’s office approval. Maintains classroom assignment data and compiles charts and graphs as needed regarding classrooms and schedules; provides facility utilization data as needed for the Dean’s office and/or Finance and Administration office.

Provides communications to students regarding course changes or cancellations; communicates with non-enrolled students about registering for classes, coordinates with faculty and program coordinators regarding non-enrolled students; provides other communications to students as needed for the support of campus enrollment initiatives

Supports the Admissions and Records (A&R) office by evaluating, processing and reviewing applications and other academic credentials for student applicants; including, but not limited to, students who are high school dual enrollment and non-degree seeking students.

Assists with on-campus recruitment events with the PC Enrollment Office Team; participates in New Student Orientations; sets term activation and enrollment appointments for newly admitted students at point of orientation; and assists students in enrollment and registration.

Travel to Tallahassee for trainings and meetings; Complete other duties as assigned in support of the PC campus.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and one year of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalency and five years of experience.

(Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to five years.)

Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply related federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related University policies, procedures, principles, and practices.

Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of data collection and analysis.Anticipated Salary Range Anticipated salary range is $29,000 - $33,000, commensurate with education and experience.Pay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
