Responsibilities of this position include: creating and updating attendance spreadsheets and sign-in sheets; printing photo rosters; e-mailing professors updated attendance spreadsheets weekly; creating seating charts and notecards to help with name recognition; replenishing supplies in the faculty lounge; organizing the office supplies and exam room; setting up for faculty meetings; typing handwritten documents and PowerPoints; assisting with copying and scanning projects; preparing large mailings; providing coverage for other departments in the College of Law; providing assistance in administering final exams; and, other miscellaneous duties based on faculty and department needs.Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalency and minimum two years of experience in an educational and/or office setting is required. Post-high school education may substitute at the comparable rate.

Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro or similar software; possess knowledge of standard office equipment, practices, procedures, and etiquette; and, be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
