The Chinese Program in the East Asian Languages and Literatures Department at Hamilton College invites applications for a full-time one-year visiting position in Chinese Language effective July 2020. Responsibilities include teaching language courses at various levels as well as one non-language course. The teaching load is five courses. Your cover letter should address the ways in which you would further the College's goal of building a diverse educational environment. Previous experience in teaching or working with diverse student populations is an asset.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in pedagogy, foreign language education or relevant fields; be fluent in Chinese and English; and have training and experience in Chinese language teaching at the college level.
