Job Summary

The UK Philanthropy is seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Staff Support Associate II. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, the Staff Support Associate II is responsible for managing the production of all in-house mailings, including phonathon pledge acknowledgements and reminders, small direct mail appeals, and stewardship pieces. This position works with the annual giving budget by maintaining the expense and revenue records within SAP, tracking procard usage, and reconciling expenses. The Staff Support Associate II a key contact point for constituents regarding gifts to the many programs to which alumni, parents, and friends can give. Additionally, this position works closely with Annual Giving student data clerks by assigning priority to tasks and monitoring student work product to ensure proper procedures are followed.
