Answers telephone calls and routes calls to staff members or takes messages. Also responsible for receiving, logging and tracking mail, packages and flowers and contacting recipients for pick up. Assist with room change tracking. Must be able to utilize University student databases including Banner and CONNECT to assist in routing calls and answering questions.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm

This position is not scheduled to work during the week of the universities spring break and one week during January session as determined by the academic calendar. This position will work up to 20 hours per week, not to exceed 999 hours per year.

Qualifications:Excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills required. Must demonstrate cultural competence and the ability to work with students from diverse populations. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office. Weekend hours required during peak periods.
