Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Posting loan checks and lender refunds into Banner
• Coordinating and maintaining student, parent and lender refund documentation
• Responding to email, telephone and in-person inquiries from students, parents, lenders and other departments
• Sending emails to students to advise of the status of a refund check and to endorse lender checks.
• Assist with maintaining the weekly withdrawal spreadsheet
• Generating Parent PLUS letters daily via the mail merge process
• Issuing stop payment requests to Finance
This position may assist in special projects as assigned by the Associate Director and Assistant Director and perform other duties not specifically identified above, but which require the same degree of skills and which are normally included within the above job title.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm
May be required to work additional hours during peak periods. Limited vacation/personal time during peak periods.

Qualifications:This position requires good communication skills and quality customer service, the ability to perform and prioritize duties independently, meet established deadlines and work effectively in an environment of frequent interruptions and high volume. The candidate should be highly motivated and a team player. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word are required. Knowledge of Ellucian Banner, Access and Outlook is preferred.
