Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Assistant Hub Director and requires employee to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, advising and assisting incoming, returning and continuing students with the onboarding process, academic planning and advising, registration assistance, and appropriate referrals for transfer students. Serves as a first contact for new students and for potential students who have shown an interest in attending programs. The Military Enrollment Specialist will also provide one-on-one advising and assist military, DOD, veteran, and military spouse applicants with locating information on TTC programs, the application process, and financial aid and registration.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This part-time position requires a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with related experience. The hourly rate is $15 per hour. Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have the ability to speak before large and small groups and work with outside agencies. Excellent organizational skills and competent computer and administrative skills are essential. Must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology.
